Omnicats Manifesto

Windward Robotics is a team. As such we strive to embody certain principles and we demand a certain code of behavior. In this way, the Windward Omnicats represents the excellent Windward traditions of academics, team sports, and community service. Our expectations include the following:

Safety First

• Personal safety and the safety of others are the first concerns
• Safety is important everywhere

Courtesy and Inclusivity

• Treat your team-mates, coaches, and members of the community with respect
• Avoid the use of profanity
• Listen to coaches’ and mentors’ instructions
• All roles are important

Integrity

• Show up for class and practice on time and prepared to learn and work together
• Help members of your team and members of other teams to succeed
• Take responsibility for your behavior, your work and your team

Self-Control and Stewardship

• Be mindful of your workspace and employ safe practices at all times
• Keep a clean and orderly workspace
• Listen to and obey coaches’ and mentors’ instructions

• Stick to proposed work schedules
